Nico Izzi is a confident kid and was known as one of the fastest mini riders of all time. With over 200 amateur national wins, this kid's skills in the 85 class propelled him into the lime light at an early age, and set up his future as a pro.

Nico was awarded AMA Rookie Of The Year honors for 2008!

This past supercross season has not treated Nico kindly. He has battled small injuries, illness, fatigue and has lacked motivation at times. Nico will be the first to admit it was his worst year ever, and he feels that he let some people down.

Nico is not one to back down though, and has shown signs of true competitive speed. He wants to finish the outdoor season strong and will head into the 2011 season to prove that he deserves to be on top of the podium.
